Pre-Session Prep

Ahead of your VIP Day, we’ll schedule a planning call to run through your priorities and map out the day. You’ll also complete a short pre-project form so we can gather all the assets and insights needed to hit the ground running.

STEP THREE

The VIP Experience

Your day, fully dedicated to your brand. While we won’t need you online all day, we’ll check in at key moments for feedback and sign-off. By the end of the session, you’ll receive polished, ready-to-use deliverables. If needed, additional time can be arranged to keep momentum going.

STEP ONE

Secure Your Spot

Choose your ideal date and share a few project details. We'll schedule a quick discovery call to align on goals, scope, and deliverables. Once you're happy, you'll receive a formal proposal and contract. A 50% deposit secures your spot—simple, streamlined, and ready to roll.

STEP FOUR

Post Project Support

Once your assets are delivered, we don’t disappear. You’ll have 7 days of email support to ask questions, get guidance, or request minor adjustments—because we’re here to ensure everything lands smoothly.

  • our VIP Day is designed to flex — depending on your goals, we’ll focus our time where it matters most. This could include:

    • A polished landing or sales page

    • Branded social media templates

    • A mini brand refresh

    • E-booklet or guide design

    • Canva templates

    • A clean-up of your existing website or presentation deck

    We’ll go over your wish list in the prep call and make sure it’s realistic for the day. If we need more time, we’ll simply add a second VIP Day.

  • While you won’t need to be online all day, it’s important that you’re available for timely feedback and approvals during key stages. I’ll reach out at set points to check in and keep everything on track. Being responsive ensures we make the most of the day and deliver the best possible outcome.

  • Yes, having your content and assets ready in advance is key to making the most of our time together. For web updates, that includes final copy, brand photography, and any relevant logins. For other design tasks, you’ll need to provide anything we’ll be working with—like text, images, or inspiration—before the day. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through what’s needed during the prep phase so you’re not doing it alone.

  • No problem — we’ll figure that out in your prep call and can book multiple days if needed
