However, if you require big design changes or additional pages that you are unable to update yourself, additional charges may apply.

To ensure timelines are met, all photography, content, and text will need to be completed before the agreed start date. You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go unless discussed otherwise. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling or an additional restart fee.

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot in our schedule. We book projects months in advance, and once your spot is reserved, we turn away other clients to dedicate the necessary time and attention to your project.
